I, Lily Myers Kaplan, am the founder of SoulWorks. Welcome to my site! I offer renewing retreats and creative coaching experiences of personal growth and self-discovery while supporting you to reclaim the vitality of your Soul. I will guide you to create a life of meaning and purpose, to build and sustain a relationship with your Soul, and to tap the powerful source of energy and vitality within your deep unconscious.
I founded SoulWorks in 1998, following my own deeply held  commitment to live a life guided by Soul, and have been teaching and counseling people for over 30 years. I hold a Masters degree in Culture and Spirituality, and am trained in dreamwork, bodywork, gestalt therapy, and the voice dialogue technique. I use a variety of jungian techniques for depth exploration, including, among others, the study of archetypes, mythology, deep imagery and active imagination.
In my one-on-one sessions, we will focus on listening to your soul, removing obstacles to your Soul Expression, discovering your Life Purpose, and supporting your Self-Actualization. I will meet with you one-on-one in my office in Oakland, CA, or work with you over the phone to help you learn to listen to the language of your soul. Together we will explore your inner terrain for the purpose of your integration, wholeness, and authentic life expression.
In my Earth Wisdom Retreats I will lead you to powerful sacred sites, and magical landscapes where the focus is on nature and wilderness as a  guiding force for connection with your inner wisdom, rediscovery of your personal vision, and reclamation of your Soul.
My mission, when working with you individually or in a group setting, is to support you in living the most full and authentic life possible. The journey we take together, toward that mission, is one that I consider a sacred honor.
